This wedding that I present to you today has been very beautiful from the beginning as soon as we met. In the video call there was already a great connection and I knew that this wedding at finca Son Mir Mallorca was going to be special.

They are Hayley and Robbie, who live in Australia and wanted to get married on this beautiful island with their closest friends and family. They had chosen one of the most beautiful and well kept fincas in Mallorca. I love being a wedding photographer at Finca Son Mir and always enjoy taking photos there.

As the wedding approached Hayley was telling me all the details she had organised. Her dress was going to be spectacular and she was going to be a fairytale bride. We woke up that morning with a beautiful clear sky and we headed to this wedding at Finca Son Mir Mallorca with great enthusiasm.

As soon as you park your car you can see all the flowers and the gardens, so well kept and beautiful, it’s a pleasure. Also, this year they have a new building which is spectacular on the right hand side as you enter. First we went to say hello to Hayley and see how she was doing. She was getting her make-up done by Mirianny from mbrownmakeup and she was looking stunning. Hayley was a bit nervous but that’s normal at this stage before everything starts. We greeted everyone she was with and left with the groom.

Wedding photography Mallorca

Robbie is definitely a stylish and handsome groom, we knew he was going to be smart but the dinner jacket suited him perfectly. He, his friends and family were waiting for us in the room, sheltering from the heat of the island. They started to put on their bow ties and in some cases they had to do the bow tie and everything.

It’s not easy and most of the time it comes ready made so they had credit for it. We took them out for a walk with the bottle of Cardhu they had brought. The truth is that there is nothing better to calm the nerves and start the day well.

We took a walk around the beautiful Finca Son Mir taking photos and you could tell that Robbie had done a bit of modelling when he was young. His little nephew who was with them stole our hearts, he is a very nice boy and was very sweet. We left them to have time to take their jackets off and relax a bit before the ceremony and we left with the bride.

She was ready with her make-up and hair done, she looked stunning like a Hollywood star. Her mother and Robbie’s mother were also ready along with her sister and best friend. They all started to help her put on her dress. Several tears fell when she had it on and on a day like this there are so many beautiful emotions.

We started to take photos in the room and outside on the railing, always taking care not to let anyone see her. She was radiant with her veil on and they toasted with champagne, looking forward to it all.

We left her and went to the beautiful ceremony venue. For this wedding at Finca Son Mir Mallorca we counted on La Perle planners for the organization, decoration and flowers. In addition, Amanda Hibbitt was going to be the celebrant and for the music Lo Music was a guarantee of success. For the catering of course we had Marc Fosh a classic at Finca Son Mir, we had a great team of professionals without a doubt.

The guests began to come and Robbie greeted them one by one happily. Gradually they moved into the ceremony area and Robbie took his place at the altar with his groomsmen. No doubt he was anxious to see Hayley and we all got ready. When she walked in on her father’s arm it was amazing, one of the most special moments at this wedding at Finca Son Mir Mallorca.

Robbie was trying to hold back tears and I think everyone, when they came together their smiles were beautiful. At weddings there are a lot of nerves on the part of the couple when they are apart doing the preparations. But once they’re at the altar together it’s like everything is fine and they feel more relaxed.

The ceremony was beautifully conducted by Amanda, when they tied the knot and came out happy the petals were flying above them. We then took some family photos and the cocktail party began. They were congratulated by everyone as Marc Fosh’s catering brought out trays of tasty hors d’oeuvres.

At one point I took the couple with the groomsmen and bridesmaids to take some photos. I was then left alone with the couple and I took the opportunity for the couple photos where I used my analogue camera and a special lens. They were so beautiful and happy, you can tell how much they love each other and that is very special.

Then I quickly went with Hayley to the banquet area and was able to get some shots of her sitting alone. Everything was so beautiful on a large U-shaped table where they were to preside. Gradually everyone moved into the banquet area and enjoyed a buffet of Mediterranean bbq that had been prepared. There were several speeches from parents and relatives, also from Robbie and lots of laughter and emotional moments.

Then it was time for the first dance, which they did very well, they were happy and enjoyed it very much. At the end we went to the patio area where started the party and we all danced. We said goodbye to Hayley and Robbie and thanked them for a beautiful and loving wedding at Finca Son Mir Mallorca. I wish them all the happiness in the world and hope to see them again very soon.
