This couple is called Alba and Pedro, from the beginning when I met them I liked them very much. Due to the pandemic we had to postpone their wedding and finally we were able to do it last season. Now it was time to do a super postwedding photography in Mallorca.
As you know, as a wedding photographer in Mallorca I love to meet my couples. I love to get to know them as much as I can, meet them for a coffee or a few beers. That way I get very involved with them and all the photos are much more personalised. I know their personality and what they like, I try to make them feel comfortable. It’s not easy to get in front of a camera and I understand that perfectly well.

Almost a year ago we were also able to do their pre-wedding in Mallorca in a magical place. I had long had in mind to take pictures at the fair with all the attractions. As I knew that they are a lot of fun and trust me I thought they would be the ideal couple for it. That afternoon we also had a great time, we laughed so much that sometimes I couldn’t take pictures because of the laughter. They came out very cool pictures and I really wanted to do their wedding and of course the postwedding photography in Mallorca.
We had a great time at their wedding and they brought their dogs for the preparations and the ceremony. They did a super dance with cold fire and choreography. Now it was time to do a postwedding photography in Mallorca all fun just as they are.
Postwedding photography in Mallorca
We had arranged to do it at the end of the afternoon on a beach. As the time had changed and the evenings are longer, it was perfect. They left their restaurant after work and went there. It is one of my favourite beaches in Mallorca before they change it for the season. In no time it will be full of sunbeds, umbrellas and lots of people.
Alba and Pedro came at the appointed time in their wedding dresses, she as beautiful as ever and he very elegant. They make such a beautiful couple and they look at each other with so much love that it’s a great feeling. Also brought a couple of duvets that I asked them for because I had some really cool ideas for their photos.
They were telling us everything that had happened in the last few months that we hadn’t seen each other. Now they are looking forward to the start of the season and filling their restaurant every day. With the quality they have, they are sure that they will succeed and that they will do great, they will open another one in no time, for sure.
Post wedding session in Mallorca
The sun was already starting to go down and the light was perfect. We started slowly doing things on the beach to warm them up. They already knew perfectly well my way of working and that everything was very spontaneous. In the pre-wedding in Mallorca I made them do a lot of things all the time and they didn’t even notice the camera. They were more aware of how much fun they were having than anything else.
I made them go on a lot of rides and the mechanical bull was the best one. Alba just kept falling off and she was with Pedro at the end. From the laughter we had, we had some really funny photos of them trying not to fall off. Now in their postwedding photography in Mallorca they also wanted to have some photos that they would remember for the rest of their lives.
The people who were walking along the beach that afternoon were watching and taking videos with their mobiles. It’s not every day you see a couple in a wedding dress on the beach, is it? I made them change and put their white duvets on. This beach has some really cool wooden walkways that lead down to the sea. We went there to continue with the post wedding in Mallorca.
Post-wedding Mallorca
The weather at the end of March, beginning of April in Mallorca is very spring-like. When the sun is shining it is warm enough to feel good, but when it starts to set the temperature can drop quite a bit. That’s exactly what happened and as the sun went down the cold made its appearance. Thank goodness they had their duvets on, but I could feel it with a shirt.
We finished the session with the sun already going down and we kissed each other happily saying goodbye in this postwedding photography in Mallorca. As you can see the result was great, fun and romantic. I wish all the best to Alba and Pedro, I’m sure we will see each other many more times.
