Photos for advertising in Valencia.
After the beautiful photo shoot for a luxury brand in Mallorca we arranged to meet in Valencia to do another photo shoot for the company Cuero Design. Nils and Agustina wanted to take some photos for advertising in Valencia of the incredible Egyptian cotton towels they produce and sell.
As they say on their website, Egyptian cotton is characterised by its long fibres. These produce finer and longer threads than normal cotton. All this allows to obtain a more luxurious and soft fabric, with a pleasant touch on the skin. Their towels are so soft that it feels like you are touching the clouds in the sky.
Advertising photography in Valencia
We organised the trip to Valencia and we chose The Westin hotel as the location for the advertising photo shoot in Valencia.
The Westin Valencia is a five-star hotel ideally located in the city centre. It is close to Valencia’s historic centre, shopping area and the City of Arts and Sciences. It has 135 elegant Art Deco rooms and suites. Nils had booked one of the suites and we arranged to meet there. For this session I wanted to have a lyrical singer who is also a model. I have worked with her before and I love her name is Quiteria Muchoz.
First we started by taking some pictures of Nils and Agustina’s children who also look like models. I already took pictures of them with the bags and they are like little Brad Pitts with their blond hair. First in bed and then in the bathtub, especially the older one had a great time playing with the foam. I always love to take pictures of children and they behaved very well.

Then we went to Quiti for these photos for publicity in Valencia. They had brought towels which were spectacular and so soft to the touch that they were a delight. We used the bathroom which we filled with foam again and we also used the bedroom with its big bed.
Egyptian cotton fibres can absorb a lot of moisture, making these towels exceptionally good at drying the body quickly and efficiently. The strength of the long fibres also contributes to the durability of Egyptian cotton towels. Apart from Egyptian cotton towels there were soft furs which are rugs of different colours. We also used their famous Swedish butterfly chair that kept changing linings as they have several types. The cotton canvas uses a very high fibre count. This makes the chair very sturdy and comfortable on hot and cold days. The air is trapped in the fibres and is warmed by the body. We also use the black leather one which is spectacular. As you saw in the previous post the Icelandic sheepskin is incredibly soft and I took pictures of Noah in it.

Nils’ father was the one who perfected the Swedish butterfly chair for 15 years. He said it was uncomfortable to sit on and he thought the edges were too sharp, breaking the harmony, so he undertook an adventure on his design that lasted more than 15 years. The result was this beautiful lounge chair that you see in the pictures. Today, Nils and Agustina still produce the same chairs that their father perfected. They make them in Sweden with the best leather available on the market.

Product photography Mallorca
With some secret adjustments from the same people who make leather for the most popular Italian fashion brands. They send all the leather to Sweden, where they cut and sew it to make these leather butterfly chairs. Each chair is made in Sweden with all the care and love they put into everything they produce.
