This season as usual I have 90% of couples coming to get married in Mallorca from abroad. They live in different countries such as the United States, England, Germany, Ireland etc… They have chosen the island of Mallorca for its great beauty to celebrate their wedding and where they will be reunited with their dearest friends and family for a few days. As I always tell them it is perhaps the only time they will be able to get together and celebrate a big party full of happiness and emotions. In this post today I want to talk about something interesting, why not go further and celebrate your honeymoon with friends in Mallorca.

We know that the honeymoon is a magical and exciting journey that can symbolise the beginning of a new life together for many couples. Traditionally, it is often associated with intimacy after so many days of preparations and people everywhere. Then there is the romance and deep connection of those days between the couple who have committed to sharing their lives forever.

However, many couples, as I say this year, come to the island with their closest friends. There are intimate weddings that I love with 50 or 70 people. The closest ones rent a villa with the couple. Sometimes that is where the wedding is going to take place and everything as there are amazing villas. These best friends take the opportunity to take their holidays from work and spend a few days here before and after the wedding. The question comes to mind: what happens when you decide to honeymoon with friends in Mallorca instead of as a couple, do you lose the charm or do you multiply the fun?

You have to be imaginative: a group of close friends, full of enthusiasm and a desire to have a good time. They almost always do everything together where they live, birthdays, weekend outings. The chosen destination is a paradisiacal, faraway place full of places to explore, laugh and do things. From the moment they land at the destination, the excitement overflows and the contagious energy of the group is evident.

The days leading up to the big day are filled with excitement and nerves. When it arrives it is a tremendous rush where stress gives way to fun and full enjoyment. You always tell us that it goes by too quickly and that you would do it all over again and again. The best thing is that you don’t have to come back to reality quickly as the party will continue. You have everyone you want with you and you have decided to honeymoon with friends in Mallorca.

First of all, of course, the couple has to agree and be on the same page. Besides, you have to think that nowadays people travel more than before and you can always postpone your honeymoon alone to another time.

When you wake up with friends in the house or hotel the mornings begin with laughter and chats over breakfast, as you plan the day ahead. Flexibility reigns supreme, as each member of the group has their own ideas on how to make the most of this unique experience. Some choose to relax on the beach, enjoying the sun and the waves, while others are eager to explore the local culture, sample traditional food and immerse themselves in the streets.

Afternoons become even more exciting, with activities ranging from hiking trips to water sports. Friendships are strengthened with each day that is filled with memorable moments. These become anecdotes that you will tell again and again in the years to come.

Evenings are laughter and deep conversations under the stars. Dinners become banquets of exotic flavours and local dishes, wine … All shared among friends who savour every mouthful. Toasts are constant, celebrating friendship, love and life itself.
